Everything you need to know about PausePal

This program is for anyone who would like to cultivate a regular meditation practice while also supporting another person in doing the same.

In order to maximize accessibility, this program is offered for free. At the end the program, if it is within your means, please consider offering a donation. Please note that donating is completely optional and there is no expectation of a donation. Your participation is more valuable than your money.

It's up to you! You can commit to meditate as little as once a week or daily. Sessions can be as short as 5 minutes or as long as 30+ minutes.

Whatever kind you and your pal decide! You both can also do different types of meditation during the same session.
